Travel back in time and enjoy a truly classic, old-fashioned dinner. Start with a cocktail, continue with beef tenderloin carpaccio, and savor meatballs like in the past – large, juicy, and served with cream sauce, lingonberries, pickled cucumber, and mashed potatoes. This is accompanied by both schnapps and strong beer. Conclude as you should with coffee, a digestif, and a handmade praline. A traditional meal for bon vivants and gourmets
Cocktail
4 cl brandy, soda.
Starter
Carpaccio of beef tenderloin with parmesan and capers.
Main course
The kitchen's large delicious Noble meatballs. Cream sauce, pressed cucumber, lingonberries, and mashed potatoes.
Dessert and Digestif
Coffee with a 4 cl liqueur. Choose between punch, cognac, or whiskey.
Small handmade praline.
Includes two 50 cl beers and a schnapps with the starter and main course.
