Our Environmental Policy
Ädelfors Hotel and Conference AB shall, within the framework of our operations, contribute to the global goals for sustainable development and the Agenda 2030 document. Daily operations shall be characterized by environmental awareness and efficient resource use. Environmental issues shall be treated as a natural and integrated part of the entire group's operations. To contribute to sustainable development, we should consider:

- that we reduce our consumption of non-renewable resources and environmentally harmful products
- that we use the resources we have efficiently
- that we protect and preserve biological diversity
- that we meet the legal requirements regarding the environment and climate, that we reduce our carbon emissions

- An environmental policy, goals, and guidance plan
- A current environmental assessment where the significant environmental aspects have been mapped
- Implemented concrete environmental improvements
- Trained employees in basic environmental knowledge

Restaurant's Environmental Policy
We use Swedish and locally grown vegetables and fruits according to the season. We do not use foods produced with GMOs and avoid palm oil whenever possible. The bananas are eco-labeled, the fish is certified, and we plan to gradually increase the range of foods with Eco and KRAV labeling. We want to do our part for a better environment.
