General terms and conditions for conferences, group bookings, and other arrangements.

Pharmacy

In the reception, there are over-the-counter painkillers and band-aids. The nearest pharmacy is in Vetlanda, about six kilometers away.

Luggage Room

There is an option to store luggage on the check-in and check-out day adjacent to the reception. The luggage room is locked but not monitored.

Sauna

Available in the gym.

Fire Alarm

An evacuation plan showing the nearest emergency exit is available in every room, in the conference facilities, and in the main building.

Bicycles

As a guest, you can borrow bicycles at the reception (limited number).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the main building. Contact the reception to find out the opening hours that apply to you, depending on whether you are a conference guest or a hotel/hostel guest.

Gym

Our modern gym offers high-quality cardio and strength training equipment. Free entry for all guests. Age limit 16 years.

Pets/dogs

If you want to bring your dog/pet, we have rooms available. These rooms must be pre-booked through reservations, contact us at [email protected] An additional cleaning fee will apply.

IT Service

Computers are available for loan near the reception. We also assist with printing and copying. (For a fee)

Pillow menu and extra duvets and blankets

The pillows on your bed contain down. If you would like a different type of pillow, please inform the reception. We offer, among other things, allergy pillows.

Charging stations for electric cars

There are four stations at the back of the main building.

Medical Assistance

In case of illness, contact the reception. In emergencies, call SOS directly at phone number 112. A defibrillator is available at the reception.

Mobile Chargers

Available for loan at the reception for iPhone and Samsung.

Emergency Exits

There are emergency exits in all hotel buildings and in the main building, marked with green "Emergency Exit Signs". In the rooms, there is an evacuation plan showing the nearest emergency exit.

Restaurant & Bar

Contact the reception for current opening hours for breakfast, evening meals, and the bar. These may vary depending on whether you are part of a conference group or a hotel/hostel guest. Today's lunch is always served from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Smoking

Ädelfors Hotel and Conference is 100% smoke-free, and we kindly direct all smoking to designated areas. A cleaning fee of 2000 SEK will be charged for smoking in the room.

Shoe Polishing Machine

There is a shoe polishing machine in the cloakroom. If you wish to have your own shoe polish sponge, please contact the reception.

Bed Size

We have 90 cm beds as well as some 105 cm in certain single rooms.

Toothbrush and toothpaste

Toothbrush and toothpaste are available for sale at the reception.

Radio in the room

Mobile phones and clock radios are available for loan at the reception.

Taxi

If you plan to depart by taxi, please remember to book it through the reception as early as possible.

TV

All TV channels are free of charge.

Laundry

For laundry service, please contact the reception for current information.

Checkout

You have access to your room until 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

Wifi

You have free access to the internet via our wireless network "ADEL" in all areas of the facility. If you need an adapter and mobile charger, contact the reception.
